Then this is for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is plenty of motivation for employers to step up and now is a good time to do it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By addressing mental health issues in the workplace and investing in proper Mental health care, productivity increases while absenteeism and medical costs decrease.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poor communication and management practises i.e. inflexible working hours &amp; limited participation in decision making can contribute to poor mental health in the workplace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I love the idea of a Mental Wellbeing Strategy in the workplace as suggested in this MIND post, \u2018Small ways to make a positive change to Mental health at work\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It&#8217;s so useful and has lots of great tips to get started.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reconstructing a better and more resilient workforce is so important in the years to come.
