I have been having sessions with Paula for a while now, at first I was very apprehensive about opening up and talking about my past experiences but as soon as you walk in Paula makes you feel very relaxed and at ease.\u00a0<\/span>In just a few sessions I had a totally different mindset which has helped me understand my PTSD diagnosis, she takes the time to listen to you and is very understanding.
