Well-being Coaching 

Life coaching is often used alongside hypnotherapy to complement and enhance behavioural treatment of many psychological issues. Coaching helps people make progress in their lives in order to attain greater fulfilment. We can target problem areas, address clients’ needs and help them become unstuck in order to have a better quality of life, feel content and in control of their life. Self awareness will help us to self direct and find purpose in life and we need to move towards self responsibility and making our own life choices. As a coach the best quality solutions come from the client, not ourselves. Although we might still influence those ideas and insights, our most common tools of influence are still questioning, listening, observation and reflection. 

My coaching mantra is now :-  whoever holds the problem also holds the solution.
