2. Do you accept private health insurance?
At the moment we are not accepting private health insurance as we are keen to make our service accessible and affordable to all who need it.
3. How many sessions of EMDR would I need to commit to?
The amount of time will depend on the traumatic memory. EMDR can average between 6 – 12 sessions with some people benefiting from more while others need less.
4. Do you offer online therapy sessions?
Yes, we can offer online therapy options as we believe that virtual therapy can be as effective as face to face therapy.
